So for those of you who are actually reading this, I spent the weekend in Napa with my family… lots of fishing, lots of wine, lots of eating (thanks Tony for the excellent paella…) and a stroll through San Fran’s infamous Chinatown. Good times. Seriously.

Trying out a new app for my iPhone, Trail Guru… it tracks you run, hike, bike ride etc… You basically hit “Start” when you begin the ride and then post it after you are done. I Went on a quick jaunt this morning through the pre-dawn streets of good ol’ Santee to test it out… [...]
